Description A consortium of prek-8 principals in the EASTCONN region is being formed to plan for the unique needs and challenges of prek-8 school leaders. Specific areas for collaboration and sharing of resources will be identified.
 
Objectives As a result of taking part in this workshop, participants will:
  		• Identify unique challenges for Prek-8 principals in northeastern connecticut
  		• Develop skills and strategies to collaboratively address those challenges
  		•  Develop and implement an action plan to collaborate in the sharing of programs and resources to increase teacher and student learning
